Albamar has existed for over 25 years, but it is in 2006, thanks to Xurxo Alba Padín dedicated body and soul to viticulture, that the Bodega Albamar changes pace. The wines immediately manifest this transformation, with a prevalent marine sensation due to the proximity of the vineyards to the sea. Albamar is a vineyard on the sea, its roots are on the sand, during high seas plants are hit by water. Spontaneous fermentation on fine lees for 5 months
Three Senses
Albamar is made from the grapes of Albarhino and with its vineyards on the sand of the sea it manages to give an inimitable marine sensation. The wine is not only salty, it has in itself all the notes of algae and iodine and the taste of salt water. A wine of unparalleled freshness is perfect on a plate of freshly cooked calamari.

Lo conoscevo e per questo motivo l'ho cercato ed acquistato.. Ottimo vino.
Lo avevo gia' bevuto e ho deciso di riprenderlo : assomiglia un po' ad alcuni dei nostri Vermentino liguri fatti bene e non troppo stucchevoli. Come aperitivo servito fresco con olive e bruschette è molto gradevole.
