Amaro Amara di Rossa Agricola once again reaffirms the great potential of the PGI Red Oranges of Sicily. Grown in the family orange groves under the slopes of Etna, they are harvested and peeled by hand. The rinds are infused with alcohol and local wild herbs, finally diluted to a pleasant 30% with volcanic spring water.

Three Senses
The golden color betrays the artisan origin of an orange-based product. The nose brings back to the places of origin, to the citrus fruits that grow among the Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with a pleasant balsamic finish.
