Franco Cavallero is the creator and soul of agricultural gin. The choice of land is fundamental. Altitude, exposure and terrain, such as on-site processing that extracts the aromatic components to the maximum, are the cornerstones of the project. Bitter for mixing and for personal use. Franco starts with 3,000 square meters where he cultivates the most suitable botanicals to produce his all-Piedmontese gin. It has now grown to 35 varieties on 4 hectares.

The essential bitter is based on an Italian brandy and a selection of botanicals by Franco Cavallero, grown directly near the laboratory.
