Come consiglia il produttore Lorenzo Pusole in Ogliastra, un vino 'da bere in buona compagnia'. Cannonau in purezza dal vigneto Sa Scala vinificato su lieviti indigeni senza controllo della temperatura, se non arieggiando i mosti. Fermenta in acciaio e viene imbottigliato non filtrato.
Three Senses
Surprisingly for the intensity of the aromas, for the balsamic that emerges from the fruit, for the roundness and the velvety tannins. Acidity is lively, full body and elegant flavor. On the nose, between a mixture of wild strawberries, blueberries and currants, a ripe pomegranate is stirred with myrtle leaves, aloe and geraniums. Returning to the glass the balsamic hints of licorice and eucalyptus are clear.
