From 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from vineyards located in Ambonnay, one of the most celebrated Grand Crus of
Champagne, with a selection of grapes from the highest hillsides. Vinification is traditional, conducted in steel, with malolactic fermentation carried out.
The base cuvèe is composed of 80% from the vintage to which 20% Vin de Reserve is added. It stays on the lees for more than 48 months. No sugar dosage is carried out and the re-filling is done with Vin de Reserve.
Three Senses
Excellent presence on the nose, with the Pinot Noir fruit in fine evidence. The absence of dosage returns the territory of origin intact, warm and full. In the mouth there is no lack of structure and its gustatory length is remarkable.
