Rum resulting from a double aging process. The first 5 years in the Caribbean in American oak barrels, then another 3 years in Jerez de la Frontera, at the Williams & Humbert facilities, in sherry barrels 'Dos Cortados', internationally acclaimed, which credits an age of 20 years.

Founded in 1877 in Andalusia in jereza de la Frontera by Sir Alexander and Arthur Humbert, it has been a symbol of quality and tradition for over 130 years. The bodega Williams and HUmbert participated in the creation of the Jerez appellation. - Herez.
