Three Senses
The color is a lively, bright ruby with just violet reflections. Interpretation, in its own way, refined and elegant in spite of its varietal, free-range and peasant soul. A slight animal sensation immediately gives way to an earthy, spicy and, at times, aromatic profile characterized by juicy notes of small red fruits, underbrush and officinal herbs.The entry on the palate is slender, dynamic, very pleasant. Medium body with a nervous and satisfying finish. A wine to drink on any occasion, with its versatility you can meet it at the table with both structured and more delicate dishes.

Walter Massa and the Family Company: The Timorasso-Pioneer on the Torton Hills!

Vigneti Massa was born in 1879, today Walter is working on a property of 23 hectares on the hills of Monleale, 300 meters above sea level. The cultivated vineyards are all autochthonous: Barbera, Croata, Freisa but the Timorasso is the undisputed star of Walter who reserves him 10 hectares.

The thought of the company continues on the work of the fathers, a careful work made of common sense and agricoltural practices, with minimal intervention. The main enemy? The tightness of the disciplinaries. Walter firmly believes that wine is the fruit of the vineyard and of the cellar and not of brands and certifications, so he has chosen, as many as done before him, to leave the DOC on his labels and pointing at the undisputed quality of his work as a true craftsman.
