Etienne Sauzet leads this company, which is located in Puligny Montrachet, sind since the mid-1970s together with his son-in-law Gèrards Boudot, who is now joined by his daughter Emilie and her husband, Benoit Riffault. The company boasts all the most prestigious climats of the Puligny appellation. The winemaking method has been faithful to biodynamics since 2010; the wines appear extremely refined, stylized and precise, expressing nuances and details of great class, faithfully reproducing the terroir in each wine produced.
Three Senses
Straw yellow reveals aromas of lime and flint on the nose. The palate is intense and vibrant because of the great freshness that gives way to exotic fruit notes. The finish is long and persistent.

After four generations and despite his demise since 1975, Sauzet still represents an homage to Chardonnay.
At every moments, it’s a pride to walk on the mythics lands of Puligny, this ground, this earth which gave birth to all these wines.
The vineyard represents 10 hectares distributed on Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet.
The nature gives energy to each piece of grapes then to every wine.
The work is respectful of what have been done before, a little step for future and the family is proud to continue it…
