He is so, exuberant, expansive, curious, immediate. His wines reflect his being. Easy, apparently, but revealers of nuances not exactly trivial.
Through tasting contamination and frequentation with all the rising stars of the area, he is developing his own style that allows him to enhance his work with that touch of personality increasingly difficult to find in Champagne. In other words, catalaneggiando, "the best wine is made using the best grapes".
