In one of the most beautiful and evocative areas of Liguria, Antonio Perrino vinifies a local indigenous grape variety in purity, limiting the use of substances in the vineyard to a minimum and allowing the grapes and the vintage to express themselves through fermentation on indigenous yeasts. Ageing in small barrels does not lead to taste deviations in the bottle. It is not an easy wine, but if you know how to read it, it gives emotions. It deserves the wait at the glass and the time it takes to let it open.

Three Senses

The white Testalonga (vermentino) is a white wine only for the well-prepared. Be prepared to wait for a wine and also not to judge it at the first sip, be prepared for volatiles and reductions. It is brackish, reminiscent of the Riviera wind, easy to drink, but puts rigor in the mouth. It certainly needs time to express itself at its best.

Antonio Perrino

Antonio Perrino is probably the first producer of this small appellation. In the town of Dolceacqua, where time seems to stand still, almost all the inhabitants possess a small particle of Vineyard and the Antonio's is undoubtedly the oldest. Two hectares and a little more, the vineyard and a microcellar (7 barrels for all production) within the country summarize the Testalonga company. The wine in the bottle instead is the result of 50 harvests all experienced differently, but all carried out with the same gestures and the same ideas. Because of this we can now define Antonio Perrino as one of the most authentic wine producer ' normal 'in Italy
