Pira Luigi proposes a pure Dolcetto from two hectares of vineyards planted in 1980. The hill on which it grows is at 330 m of altitude with a calcareous clay soil with exposure to the North. The vinification is traditional, in horizontal fermentation vats at controlled temperature, for 6/7 days, at the end of which the wine goes into steel tanks where it matures for 8/9 months.
