Toi Nous is a mix of Syrah and Grenache, traditionally vinified in a tub with direct press of the grapes. It ferments spontaneously at low temperature. This wine resembles the first style of Andrea Calek's wines. No sulfur added

Three Senses
Rustic, earthy wine with notes of wild herbs that lead back to rosemary and thyme. Violet also comes out, enhancing the wine's freshness. A highly natural product that needs to breathe in the glass or be decanted to bring out its notes of red fruit, raspberries, and blackberries. The mouthfeel is vibrant and juicy, with a tannic finish that complements the mouthfeel.

Andrea Calek cellar

Andrea Calek is a Czech-born boy who has traveled far and wide across Europe before set up in France. His formative experiences of natural wine vinification has been made in Provence and in the Vallée du Rhone.

Then he came in the Ardeche, he learnt from winegrowers in the area, especially with Gerald Oustric, and decided that it was the moment to stop his caravan. He lives literally in the vineyards where he continues to achieve his goal: making wine without adding anything.

He's a true purist, he is directed only at the absolute pursuit of natural. Only Alice Feiring could find him in the Ardeche countryside and tell about him so well in the world. Its wines are entering in the memory of the true nature lovers.
