Kupra wine is the extract of 1.5 hectares of old vineyard overlooking the sea at an altitude of 400 meters, more or less 6,000 plants that are very old. The fermentation lasts 20 days in raw cement egg, the same material used by the old farmers, then stops 12 months in a first barrique, the other 18 in a second barrique. The first year put on the market is 2006, but the first trials date back to 2000. In 2007 it did not come out because there was too little.

Three Senses

A Granache like you won't easily taste, with the delicacy that only great reds have. The grapes show a dense, rich personality, hard to find elsewhere. Aromas of small red fruits, liquorice, Indian spices, complex and delicate in a perfect, constant oscillation. Silky, intriguing, velvety finish

Oasi degli Angeli has become an iconic winery over the years. Located in Cupra Marittima, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, and founded by Eleonora Rossi and Marco Casolanetti, it has always stood out for its unconventional approach to wine production, combining tradition and innovation at every stage of the production process.

The company covers around 15 hectares, cultivated organically and without the use of chemicals, with great respect for the environment and the unique terroir of the Marche region. Production focuses on the indigenous Montepulciano grape variety and small quantities of other grape varieties, creating complex wines with great depth.
