Pure Pinot Noir for a Crémant that has character to sell. Average age of the vines of 30 years, on clay-limestone soils in the area of Molesme, 3 km south from the Chamapgne border. Aged 24 months on the lees.

Three Senses
With elegant power, it plays on fruity notes . Creamy bubbles accompany an initial freshness that gradually becomes round. Greedily fruity in the mouth, it closes on notes of almond and hazelnut. Long finish that invites you to the glass.

He Bought some land in Borgona, in the Cote d'Or, characterized by a mix of clay and limestone that remind the Champagne soils.
