Domaine De L'Anglore is Eric Pfifferling, a nice vintner, who loves nature thanks to the bees. The Domaine now has 10 hectares in the municipality of Tavel, between Avignon and Uzes. The soils are mainly calcareous clay, composed of sandy and stony structures. Grapes, cinsault, clairette, carignan, mourvèdre, sirah are cultivated in the vineyards. Eric Pfifferling, a supporter of organic farming, has recently gained certification for his bottles. The vintage is hand-picked, the bunches are placed in cassettes.
