Vitovska Lupinc 2023
The vitovska vine needs soils rich of rocks to express its freshness. Lupinc processes this product from a light maceration on the skins (approximately 1 day). The 20% of the product is aged in oak barrels for a period of 9 months, while the remaining product is left to age on lees for an identical period of 9 months.

Traveling in the Carso both Italian or Slovenian guarantees an opening to nature, because those places refracts light so strong to illuminate the landscape unlike any other place. Only one day of maceration on the skins for all white wines, spontaneous fermentation of yeasts and aged in wood for a part of the must. The other part matures on the lees in stainless steel.
