Champagne Brocard Pierre Bulle Blanc is a 100% Chardonnay Extra Brut, vintage 2006. It represents the range to create a significant change. In search of a true identity for Champagne, the winery has decided to reduce his range from 7 to 5 Champagne in order to further optimize the quality of each individual bottle produced.

Three Senses

Delicate and floral nose. There is a blend of lime with notes of vanilla, fresh hazelnuts and citrus. The palate is refreshing with good length and a touch of citrus and truffle picked up in the back of the mouth reflecting the lightness of this Chardonnay.

Brocard Pierre

From now on Thibaud Brocard, son of Pierre, will take care of the management of the vineyard and the cellar, albeit under the watchful eyes of his father. The insertion process lasted 3 years, in which Thibaud carried on a viticulture made of strong convictions, responsibility and eco-responsibility. A walk into the future of this historic Domaine and its keepers.

In a clear measure now inside any bottle the thought of the Borcard is in force, which makes its champagnes as pure as possible. To do so, he followed in his father's footsteps, with an edition of soil work by mechanical methods without using chemicals. It also ruled out many of the more invasive treatments, using clay, silica, and talcum powder. His method is not organic, it is not conventional, but reasoned, orienting his way of cultivating and producing wines to responsible viticulture, full of choices and convictions.
