Pecorino from Fattoria Dezi, located between the mountains and the sea in the province of Fermo in southern Marche, is an extraordinary wine. Although its production process sees only steel, the wine is particularly dense and robust. The heights of the town of Servigliano and its proximity to the mountains of Ascoli intensify the wines' olfactory profile.

Three Senses
Falerio Pecorino Dezi is a deep golden color, with a maifestation of anise and chamomile. In the glass the wine immediately releases notes of jasmine, peach and fresh hay. In the mouth it features a compact matter, a nice density that allows chewing the full and intense fruit.

Stefano Dezi vini e vigna a Servigliano

The Dezi farm is located in the Marche region, about 50 km southwest of Ancona. The picturesque town of Servigliano is located between the sea and the mountains. Fattoria Dezi is located in the middle of its vineyards, 1.5 km away from the city. We are happy to invite you for a tasting of our wines.

The history of Dezi family begins with Romolo and Remo, who in this case are not descendants of the famous Queen Silvia, but two humble sons of peasants born and living in Servigliano.

They both lived in the same house; Romulo gave birth to two other sons: Davide and Stefano (in the image above).
Through passion and hard work in the vineyards and cellars they  transformed a family business into a company that produces high quality wines.

Nature is respected and wine reflects this knowledge, because only the vineyard knows what it needs and which attention it requires day by day.
