Tobermory 12 years is a single malt aged in ex bourbon, in search of a delicate softness, not peaty and floral.

Tobermory is the only distillery on the colorful Isle of Mull. In the exuberant city of the same name, it is one of the oldest in Scotland, and has gone through moments of ups and downs with stubbornness. He manages today to propose two distinct single malts. Tobermory, on sweetness, and Ledaig, with a smoky character.

Three Senses

The nose is rich in fruit, pastry and saltiness. If the prme notes are of pear and green apple, with a hint of brown sugar, hints of flour, yogurt and cinnamon cookies then come on. The palate is dense but smooth, with a sweet call of passion fruit. The finish hints at orange peel, toffee and date. An excellent and seductive sip.
