Fercullen Falls Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskey, with a high malt content (about 50%) that highlights Powerscourt Distillery's unique style. The single malt whiskey is matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, while the grain whiskey is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and new heavy char oak casks. Fercullen Falls is bottled at 43%.

Powerscout distillery was founded in 2016 by an independent consortium headed by Noel Sweeney, former president of the Irish Whiskey Association.
