Scarabus Islay is a single malt peaty Scotch whiskey from a mystery distillery on the island of Islay, all that is known is that it is located south of the island. Also mysterious is its aging and the type of casks used, intentionally kept hidden so that one can focus solely on the whiskey.

The word "Scarabus" in the ancient Norse language means "rocky place," and refers to the mystery surrounding the place of origin of this whiskey.

Three Senses
Islay peat smoke and sea salt on the nose, followed by warming leather notes and a wonderful vanilla sweetness in the mouth. Leading to a rich, lingering finish.
