Trentodoc Rosé is made from Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) grapes. Part of the Pinot Noir grapes undergo a red wine-making process.

After soft pressing, the must separated from the stems and marc is clarified and placed to ferment.

Aging on the lees continues for a period of 36 months.

The name Revì derives from the toponym of the productione area, an historical area of vine cultivation and from which came wines of superior quality, worthy of kings: "Re Vin", precisely.

In 1982 Paolo Malfer decided to found a company concentrated in the production of TRENTODOC. After years of checks, tests, studies and improvements, he manages to obtain an extremely interesting bubble.

Trentino is a magical treasure chest that hides the vineyards of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero among its high peaks and gentle valleys, lulled by the breeze coming from nearby Lake Garda. Revì contains in a single immense sip all the passion, technique, experience and naturalness typical of Trentino.
