Are cocktails based on spirits? Who said so? It's true that in mixology gin is all the rage, but have you ever tried a cocktail based on bitter... and not just any bitter but Amaro Gallo?

Amaro Gallo, if you don't know it yet, is Galli Enoteca's bitter, Oscar's bitter, but also Oscar's bitter... Quagliarini Oscar, the one who studied it on the basis of our taste: bittering, not sweet and mellow as it often is, fresh, light and absolutely pleasant!

Here are a few suggestions for your evenings... summery but not necessarily.

In the meantime, if you have never heard of Amaro Gallo (badly, very badly!) but you are still in time to do so, we assure you that you will find in the glass, in addition to the 5 essences, the main and most important ingredient that distinguishes it from the rest: craftsmanship.

That's right! Amaro Gallo has been studied, researched, calibrated and balanced for Galli Enoteca by the hand, or rather in this case by the nose, of Oscar Quagliarini.

Tonico Gallo

The simplest and coolest cocktail that will refresh your hot and placid evenings is the Tonico Gallo. It is easy, it is made in a second and all you have to do is mix Amaro Gallo with a good tonic, ice and a slice of orange. It's done and you'll look great with little!

Gallo Americano

Another easy suggestion even for the uninitiated: 1/3 Amaro Gallo, 1/3 red vermouth, 1/3 soda, orange slice and to taste a shot of angostura.

From here the going gets tough, but we like a challenge and with a few moves you will amaze your guests and your palates.

Prepare the ingredients and tools like real bartenders, and prepare everything on sight, scenic effect guaranteed!

Amore-Amaro Gallo

In life as in love, you need balance: a little sweetness but not too much and always well balanced by a pungent note, which always leaves you a bit on edge.

This is how the idea of the Amore-Amaro Gallo cocktail was born.

To make it, you shake Amaro Gallo and add a velvet of red vermouth, which is obtained by whipping the vermouth with a milk whipper and sucroester. This is served on a tall tumbler with a slice of orang

Long-Gallo Drink

Put a couple of large ice cubes in a tall tumbler. Add Amaro Gallo, orange zest and chinotto. Very easy!

Brown Gallo Sugar

To create your Brown Gallo Sugar you put lime juice, a zip of sugar syrup, some allspice and clove bitters, albumin, red vermouth and of course Amaro Gallo in the shaker.

On the glass, Bodega on the rocks, a garnish of cinnamon stick or liquorice over a slice of dehydrated lime.

Now we would like to know your opinion and if you enjoyed being a bartender for a day.
