William Saintot
William SAINTOT (1931-2010), older than a family of 6, showed a passion for champagne and the cultivation of the vine from a young age like his father Clément and his grandfather Firmin. Since 1995 his daughter Nathalie has become the manager of the Domaine and since the beginning he has developed a sensitivity to sustainable viticulture. Since 2008 the son of Nathalie Morgann has joined the adventure and has paid even more attention to environmental protection by obtaining the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification, creating straight and elegant champagnes that the Domaine brand is well known for being one of the few producers of Pinot Noir cuttings exported, in particular to Italy, to the areas of Trento doc and Franciacorta.
