All products are visible and available for purchase. However, it may happen that while you are ordering a product for which you see the availability, the same product is being ordered at the same time another customer.
If in my order there are some products available and some not available, what happens?
If some of the items are not currently in the warehouse, we will ship the products immediately available, waiting for the missing products. When the product will be available after anotification, we will send the products that were not deliveried free. If in the meantime if you decide that you don't want to receive the product backlog you can write to ordini@gallienoteca.it
If the merchandise is broken as I do?
If the courier delivers a pack that is broken, do not accept it. It will be our responsibility to send it back as soon as possible.
I need a delivery (gift bag / dinner last) how can I do?

Can I send the goods to a different address than the billing address or send the goods to a friend?
Yes, in the order process you will have the possibility to specify a different address to which we'll send the goods, in case you want to give away wine at home or surprise someone.

All prices shown on Gallienoteca.it are VAT inclusive.

Your shipments are insured?
The dispatch takes place by courier and the goods are covered by insurance, which protects the customer in case of breakage or loss of the bottles during transport. Please see the rates and shipping times in the table.
