Paltrinieri

It was his grandfather Achille, an esteemed pharmaceutical chemist in the heart of Sorbara, who founded the winery Paltrinieri building the first part of the cellar. To date, the company is managed by his nephew Alberto with his wife Barbara and the help of the oenologist Attilio Pagli and Leonardo Conti, together with the agronomist Stefano Dini. The 15 hectares of vineyard are directly processed and are placed in the fertile Modena area of ??the Christ of Sorbara, between the river Secchia and Panaro. The three generations that have followed the guidance have always had an eye for the preservation and valorisation of the soil, its plants and its life. Since 1926, a family reality that only produce with grapes from their own vineyards.
