Renato Bosco's love for leavened products was born almost by chance at the age of 15, when he took up the pizzaiolo shovel for the first time. For over 30 years the same passion and obsessive curiosity for pizza and leavened products have guided him in the constant search for innovation.

He follows various courses with international exponents until he himself becomes a symbol of the sector, obtaining the qualification of Ambassador of Taste: only 50 Italian chefs chosen by the Ministry of Agriculture Maurizio Martina in 2015, to represent Italian excellence in the world.
