The family has been formed in the great vineyards for four generations.
When Bernard Bouchié leaves the small school in the village of winemakers, he already knows how to prune it

The oldest vines are 65 years old. The 22 ha at the top of the vineyard, on the slopes of the Loire. The temperate climate with ocean dominance of the Loire brings its softness and its mists read in the morning.

The exposure of the hills is south / west at an altitude of 265 m.

The soil has kimmeridgiana and cretaceous marl. Flinian clay means that the wine is more robust and can grow older. Traditional with plowing, grass cover, simple Guyot-Cordon Royat to produce extraordinary Sauvignon.
