Rhum for the French school, distilled from the juice of sugar cane with discontinuous stills. Natural aromas.
Spanish Ron produced from molasses with continuous systems, on the palate they have a pleasant softness.
English style rum, starting from molasses, produced with discontinuous stills and with a dry and spicy taste.
