Saint Vincent is a sparkling Rosé wine made with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. The wine is refermented in bottle on its lees, after having passed the first part of fermentation in cement vats.
Three Senses
San Vincent is one of the most beautiful expressions of Lambrusco today. A pure wine, very savory with continuous references to fruit in its acidic version. A wine technically produced with ancestral methods with an exceptional profile.
