From an idea of the Carpano family, the first vermouth in the world was born in Turin in 1786. An innovative and surprising formula that immediately conquers the court of King Vittorio Amedeo III and subsequently conquers Italy. This formula is now re-proposed by the Branca Distilleries in possession of the exclusive recipe, which especially in mixing, releases intense, fragrant and enveloping notes, giving cocktails a broad and velvety flavor.

Three Senses

The Vermouth Antica Formula Carpano is bright brown in color with amber reflections. The nose releases a bouquet of vanilla accompanied by spicy notes of citrus and dried fruit. The taste is round, rich and vanilla, which takes up the olfactory note, happily combines with notes of bitter orange, dates, cocoa beans and saffron.
