The Campo Delle Oche Integrale of Fattoria San Lorenzo is a special version that is produced only in Magnum. It is made up of 97% Verdicchio grapes and a micro addition of slightly dried Malvasia left in maceration. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts lasts for about 3 months then the wine stays on the same yeasts for 4 years during which the batonnage technique is used. All this time the cvino stops in concrete.

Integral because "it is bottled as it is", without make-up. Neither filtrations nor clarifications are made. Only 500 Magnums produced.
