The Domaine is always longer and with the arrival of Henri the surface is vitreous up to 13 hectares divided in half between chardonnay and pinot noir. Henri Boillot brought to the domain a change of vinification trying to face a style of wines in an area of Mersualt; When the wine remains a little bit more bottled, one desire is its true potential. Since 2012, Henri has been joined by his son Guillaume, who deals with the vinification of red wines.
