The grapes that give birth to this amazing verdicchio come from the S.Francesco vineyard, with vines of 50 years old. It ferments 2 weeks on the skins and ages 12 months on the yeast, in vitrified cement. It waits in the bottle for another 6 months before going out to the market.

Between Apiro and Cupramontana the continuous research leads each time to take a step forward towards real wines that tell the wonderful land of Marche.

Here the Verdicchio can give the best of itself, between the gentle breezes that blow over the hills and valleys, sometimes considerable height. Apiro is a splendid example, on a hill at the foot of Mount San Vicino, at 516m above sea level.
