Whisky Hibiki Suntory
Suntory's Hibiki represents the perfect harmony of Japanese whiskey that comes from the meticulous selection of countless barrels of malt and non-malt whiskey. The great skill of the Master Blender who has the task of creating the perfect blend is undisputed. Starting from over 300 tastings a day, he manages to create what has been among the best Japanese whiskeys for years. In 1987 Suntory decided to create the first Hibiki. Chief blender Koichi Inatomi selected and blended samples from a million barrels from the Suntory reserve, selecting only 30. The result is the very essence of Japanese whiskey.
