Michel Rocourt is a family-run Maison that makes wine from its own vineyards in the prestigious terroirs of the Cote des Blancs, on the coasts of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Vertus. The Maison Rocourt works only Chardonnay thus making all Blanc de Blancs. The vines of the Grand Crus come from vineyards that are about 50 years old while the Premier Crus of Vertus and Villeneuve were planted 35 years ago. All conducted in a reasoned fight, every single step both in the vineyard and in the cellar is scrupulously followed by the Rocourt family and guarantees that value and originality typical of small Maison.

A fresh, young and mineral version bottled without dosage for a unique frankness. Stop for 24 months on the lees and one year in the bottle.
