The production area of the Comarì del Salem is located on the hills of Franciacorta in the municipality of Erbusco in the parcel called "COMARI 'DEL SALEM" (mt 240 s.l.m.) owned by the Uberti Company.

After the harvest of the strictly selected bunches in the parcel called Comarì, it follows a light pressing. The fermentation of the must takes place in oak barrels and part in steel. Normally it is not put on the market before 48 months after its fermentation, so that in time it may be better refined.

Serve it at constantly very low temperature 6-7 ° C, possibly in wide-mouthed and long-stemmed glasses.
Wine that is difficult to forget, it must be drunk during the meal, does not like the company of other wines.
