Kochlos in Greek means shell, like those that enrich the soils of Verdicchio from which these grapes come from minerals. During the vineyard planting operations, several fossils were found that identify the origin of the soil as an ancient seabed. Fermentation is entrusted to indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages in concrete for 12 months and in the bottle for another 12. 2018 is the first vintage produced and a definitely recommended tasting.
