The myth of the Cru Curli lives on in the hands of Giovanna and Goetz. The gande Veronelli already appreciated its peculiarities describing it as the Italian Romanée. From the already scarce vineyard area, located in the municipality of Perinaldo, they managed to recover 0.35 hectares which give us a unique fruit. With an average age of the vines of 70-80 years, the particular soil and microclimate that is created, the wine is denser and stronger than other dolceacqua and is also suitable for long aging. The vines are cultivated here with Provençal sapling, the only one capable of sinking its roots in the inaccessible terrain, at 400m above sea level facing west. Vinified with slow maceration at a controlled temperature.

Maccario and Dringenberg Vineyard

The company is managed by Giovanna Maccario and Goetz Dringenberg in San Biagio della Cima, in Liguria Region, near Imperia city, in a peculiar zone for viticulture.

Here they have Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC, a local grape variety that has a long history in the region which are producing high quality wines.

The natural management is carried out with extreme respect and loyalty for the terroir.
