The Rossese di Dolceacqua Superiore is produced with the best grapes of Luvaria, harvested by hand. Vineyards are oriented westwards in Val Nervia and selected manually at harvest time. The maceration is slow and at a controlled temperature.

The company is managed by Giovanna Maccario and Goetz Dringenberg in San Biagio della Cima, in Liguria Region, near Imperia city, in a peculiar zone for viticulture.
Here they have Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC, a local grape variety that has a long history in the region which are producing high quality wines.
