This pure Chardonnay wine comes out directly from the family collection with a sugar residue of 131.7 g / l. A sweetness well balanced by the acidity which is around 7.8 g /. This wine grape nectar is fermented and aged in new oak barriques for 2 years.

Three Senses
Notes of oak, spice and yellow fruits can be detected in the aromatic 1997 Beerenauslese Chardonnay. Its full body and structure recalls the silkiness of apricots and pears, spices, tropical fruits but also that bread fragrance that reveals Kracher's use of new oak barrels. It is plump and brings to mind a super Californian Chardonnay.
