Laureano Serres was the first of his family to win their own grapes, bringing the principles of quality and craftsmanship from the vineyard into the cellar. The wines of Laureano are the emblem of natural wines: in 2002 it forgot to add sulfur in one of the aging tin. He realized that he had obtained more expressive wines and still remained stable. Since then he continued to win this way.

Three Senses

Garnacha negra in purity that takes its name from the homonymous hill. Fermentation and aging in steel for 6 months. No filtration, clarification, and sulphite addition.
