Small-medium size, cylindrical, compact cluster with two small wings; the grapes are medium and large, with a greenish-yellow pruinose peel. Harvest pieces are taken manually in the first 15 days of September.
Traditional white vinification. The grapes are de-stemmed and left to cure completely maceration for a short time. Subsequently, the fruit is soft crushed. The must is then allowed to resolve. Obtained after 48 hours the must is removed from the lees at low temperatures. The now clarified must ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, about 18 ° C.
