Zilliken's Rausch Grosses Gewachs is a pure Riesling from proprietary grapes grown on slate soils in one of the most prized vineyards in the Moselle area of ??Saarburg. After manual harvesting it is vinified in neutral wood according to the German style trocken, with a low sugar content. A wine with a long aging potential, able to amaze already now or to unveil its secrets after many years.
