Fuoripista of Elisabetta Foradori is a project in common with the biodynamic winemaker Marco Devigili. The grapes have full freedom to express themselves through the amphora, where they remain in contact with the skins for over 8 months. The soil is of dolomitic alluvial origin, with gravel and sand, the widespread grapes in Trentino are of pure pinot grigio. Only 2 hectares available for a production of 10,000 bottles a year.
