Domaine Ca Boit Libre's Mon Blanc Orangé is an orange wine made from Chasselas grapes that, after being harvested by hand, undergo maceration and subsequent pressing. These grapes are particularly appreciated and widespread in Switzerland, but also give excellent results in areas of France such as Savoy.

Fermentation is spontaneous. Ageing in barriques lasts 12 months.

Ca Boit Libre - Damien Bastian Goddard - Ville La Grand

Ca Boit Libre cellar

The Domaine Ca Boit Libre is located in the Savoie region, not far from Lake Geneva. After studying agriculture, Damien Bastian Goddard returned to Geneva and began to approach the world of wine, including working alongside several vignerons in Jura and Savoie.

He then decided to settle and acquire vineyards in Marignan, in Savoie, in 2019. His was a return to his origins since, in the same area, his grandfather Andre Goddard had also founded his agricultural activity.

The vines chosen are mainly Chasselas (a grape variety that is particularly popular and appreciated in Switzerland), but also Pinot Noir and Gamay for red wines.
