100% Nebbiolo grapes hand-picked in the special vineyard called Cà Mia, located at 350 meters with southeastern exposure.

Fermentation takes place in concrete containers for a period of about 20-25 days.

Gritty and elegant structure in equal measure. Aging of about 24 months is carried out in medium-sized French oak barrels. The wine is not fitrated before bottling.

Brovia

Brovia family cellar

The Brovia winery was founded in 1863 in Castiglione Falletto, Piedmont. A meticulous philosophy marked by respect for terroir, beyond fashions, gives the wines great personality. Elena and Cristina have, with seriousness, dedication, maximum commitment without ever getting too big for their boots, taken over the work of more than 60 vintages from their father Giacinto, who passed away in 2014.

Brovia's name evokes a very precise idea of what a great Barolo wants to be: gracefulness and elegance almost rarefied, to return with surgical constancy the moods of vineyards of superior stature such as Rocche, Villero and Garblet Sué in Castiglione Falletto, or Ca' Mia in Serralunga.

Vinification and aging take place without invasive technological interventions that would alter the natural expression of the harvested grapes.
