Kreydenweiss owns just over 10 hectares of vineyards in Alsace which include portions of three Grand Cru, Kastelberg, Moenchberg and Weibelsberg. The domaine produces few labels including this pinot blanc, typical expression of the territory of which Kreydenweiss is fervently dedicated. All the vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic techniques.

Taking over a father is never easy. Antoine is a bold guy and from 2007 at 26 years old he has thrown himself body and soul into the adventure. The passion is palpable when talking to Antoine, it becomes almost physical when you see him picking up a piece of the Grand Cru on his hands. In just a few years, and only with some paternal advice, Antoine managed to put his wine vision into practice, with particular attention to balance-related maturity. The vine is processed in full respect of nature and the sulfur doses are minimized. An obvious change was also made in the pressing and refinement (up to 2 years). Antoine is now aware of making exigent wines, which sometimes need some air before being put on the table.
