The name originates from the suggestive locality of Gadir, a famous archaeological site known since ancient times for the phenomenon of "hot waters", thanks to the presence of submarine volcanic activity. In this fascinating place rich in history, Salvatore Murana owns some vineyards of particular value.
The visual aspect is brilliant, with a straw yellow with splendid golden reflections. The scent fully recalls the aromatic heritage of the Zibibbo grape, with notes of orange blossom, apricot and almond, very intense, with a finish of jasmine and aromatic herbs. The taste reveals great body, excellent sapidity and the finish is very pleasant and elegant, in which the entire spectrum of aroma found on the nose is recalled with a mineral note on the finish.
Vinification
It is a Moscato d'Alessandria vinified as a white wine. In fact, after fermentation at a controlled temperature, the maturation takes place exclusively in steel containers for 24 months to preserve the finest and most elegant aromatic component of the wine.
Pairings
It is a dry wine that goes well with an entire meal, from meat to fish, from vegetables to cheeses, even with pastry or Modica chocolate with jasmine.
